By booking a tour or using services provided by CS Travels ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and CS Travels.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and the required deposit. The Company will issue a written confirmation of booking. Until confirmation is issued, no contract exists.
All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person based on the group size indicated. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to significant currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes, but will notify clients promptly of any such changes.
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@cs-travels.com. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient group numbers, force majeure, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on alternative dates.
Changes to confirmed bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modification requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the tour start date.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from lack of appropriate travel insurance coverage.

The Company acts as an agent for independent hotels, transport companies and other service providers. While we exercise care in selecting our partners, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage or expense arising from the acts or omissions of such third-party suppliers.
The Company's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour package.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, strikes, or government actions.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the Company's local representative during the tour. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of tour completion.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
